David Wilson and his wonderful team are the estate solicitors you are looking for. Attentive, thorough and top of their game. We were recommended to speak to David when we ran into issues with a family estate. David was able to provide us with legal options, swift action and ultimately a highly beneficial outcome. His years of experience and mastery of estate law is second to none - and coupled with that he is a lovely, kind man who will explain complex matters in a way you can understand. David is absolutely amazing at what he does. He is incredibly hardworking and kept me informed every step of the way. Fran is also extremely knowledgeable and always kept me updated on the process. This was my first experience with a solicitor and David and Fran both did their best to explain everything to me in a way I understood. Thank you so much for managing my dad’s will and estate. The care you have shown is much appreciated by myself and my family. David is an expert in his field and picks up on every little detail. David is always the professional and thorough. The receptionists are available and friendly and nothing is ever too hard to arrange. I would recommend to anyone. My father-in-law recently used a different solicitor in Richmond for his will and power of attorney papers. It took 3 months of backwards and forwards and clerical errors and needing to revisit to redo signatures. It was a nightmare. He wishes now he took my advice in the first place and used Wilsons!!!!!! My experience was a breeze.

I can honestly say I was beyond pleasantly surprised at the work ethic and diligence of David and all of his staff.
He was able to fit us in at very short notice and was able to do a will and a power of attorney in no time at all, and his very reassuring saying was "it'll only take 10 minutes". Even though he was incredibly busy and seem to be doing five or six things at the same time he was able to focus on the task at hand and produce an amazing document I would highly recommend going to this office and getting any legal advice that you think you need you definitely will not find better.
